Forklift & Warehouse Operator – Fyshwick, ACT

Programmed is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift & Warehouse Operator to join our client, Blackwoods Canberra, a leading industrial and safety supply wholesaler located in Fyshwick.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure an initial 1-month placement, with the potential for a permanent position with the client for the right candidate.

Position Details

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Payrate $33.95
  • Immediate start available
  • Supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of forklifts
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Receiving and storing incoming stock
  • Inventory and stock control activities
  • General warehouse duties and housekeeping
  • Utilising warehouse systems and completing basic computer-based tasks
  • Adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Current Forklift Licence (LF) with previous experience
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
